365-Day Exchange & Return Policy
Return Policy: If you are not simply happy with your product for any reason, please fill out our Return Authorization Form Within 30 Days of receipt of your package for a Refund. Please note that after this period, we cannot accept any returns only exchanges allowed within 365-Day Year Policy. With our 365 day exchange policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. You will be instructed on how to return your item and will be provided with your RAN (Return Authorization Number). Once you receive your RAN, please print out a copy and enclose it with your return. Please be sure to return your purchase exactly as it arrived (UNUSED) with original manufacturers cases, cleaning cloth, paperwork and certificate of authenticity & tags intact, send it back within (30) days of receipt, and we'll refund your payment within 3 to 5 days after it has been received. It's that easy! NO RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURN ITEM’S Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account

Exchange Policy:
We strongly recommend using United States Post Office, USPS that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Thank you for your understanding. We understand that gift-giving is not always easy, so we offer you an easy return policy. Please be sure to fill out the Exchange authorization form and specify the item(s) you want to exchange for within 365-days of receipt of merchandise. Include a complete description of the issue in the comments field for an exchange, clearly stating the style number and color for the exchange item on the return form. Your exchange will be processed immediately and a hold will be placed on your exchange item. Once we receive your package, your card will either be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange, and a new tracking number will be issued once your package has been shipped. All exchanges will be charged a $12.00 Processing Charges.
